so, i'm thinking about calling the ex husband up and giving in my stubbornness. Should I be civil with him? he's now remarried and I have a bad intention of wanting to be civil with him.

The only reason a person would want to contact an ex - for whatever the reason is, is to get back with them...  Otherwise, there is really no other need for it...  Hes moved on with his life and you should too.

your situation is unclear... any advice now would just be a shot in the dark...

is it about the kids?...

is it about sex?...

is it about life?...

is it about death?...

is it about that one time you were supposed to go pick him up but you didnt and when he got home he yelled at you then you lied and said that he never told you to pick him up so now you feel guilty about it and want to clear things up with him?...

I know where you're coming from... you still miss him... but you are already divorce... just let it go... If you don't have a kids... don't call.. If you do... call only about the kids... you divorce him for a reason...
