It's good that the judge ordered the community to accept the  December election. Like I have said before, braving that snow storm just to have the election withdrawn or thrown out does not make much sense. If I had voted on it, I would expect my vote and the process to be accepted. I'm glad the judge orders so.

You have not credible sources for your termination claim and the other things following the actual news. Even you asked if anyone else had anymore info  on those. So when it's not news, why should we leave your bashing and curses up?

On thursday, October 6, 2011, the Honorable Dale B. Lindman, Judge of Ramsey County District, issued an order confirming the Directors and Officers of Lao Family Community of Minnesota, Inc., elected at the December 11, 2010 election.  The court also ordered the purported election of June 8, 2011 was declared invalid and that no court supervised special election of the Board members and Officers of Lao Family shall be conducted.  The duly elected Board, led by President ChuPheng Lee, shall now function as the Directors and Officers of the corporation.
 
In addition, the Board issued a Resolution terminating the Executive Director, Long Yang, effective immediately upon his receipt of a Notice of Termination on October 10, 2011.  The Board will assume responsibility for the operations of Lao Family Community.  The Board will initiate the hiring process for a new Executive Director as soon as possible.

The news on the court's decision seemed legit. That's why I didn't delete the post but just took down the other opinions.

No I will  not.  It is senseless. For what benefits.  I know these people as much as I know my own shoes.  Tou xiong, Xai Long yang, ka houa, ChuePheng...to oo well I know.  People I know like my back are Dr. La Yang, Van Ying, etc...
