Here's how to beat and be the ED.  You work out a deal with 50% of the board on how to hide money collected from the New Year.  Meaning you print extra tickets to sale for the new year...at home where you give to your nieces and family members to sell to their friends for 40% off the retail price.  Imagine $4 x 300 tix = $1,200 for little to no work.
