If you're using Firefox, try the add-in called "FlashGot".  It allows you to save practically all downloads, including Flash videos.  You'll need to figure out how to use it, though.  It took me about 5 minutes to get it working.  The benefit is that it's easy to use and virus free, since it's opensource.
