Okay, im attracted to girls with boyfriends or arent attracted to me..

  It's very normal. 

1.  Everyone's attracted to hot girls.  hot girls tend to always have guys lined up and so they're always with one boyfriend after another (thus, you're attracted to girls with boyfriends) and finally, they're not attracted to you because you're ______________ ___  (okay, you fill in the blank).

So you don't know if she has a boyfriend or not  OR she just not into you? 

Only way to find out is approach her like a man bud, this shows her you're confident and you find out answer to your doubts/questions. She might not have a boyfriend, but thinking the same thing that you probably have a girlfriend and or not attracted to her...

I think you have psychological issues and I'm not saying that to be funny.  I'm not a psychologist so I don't have the answers.

I've heard of this somewhere before, when woman is attracted to a man who is stable in a relationship, they want to be with the man. 

Insecurity, envy, and instability ring a bell???
