-USGA Golf Rules and Haggin Oaks Golf Course rules governs all play.

*To maintain the fairness, integrity and spirit of competition, any player who registers for a flight and shoots a significantly lower score, will be moved to the lower flight the 2nd Day. Example: Player A registers for Flight "B" and shoots a 1st Day score of 85.  Flight B is designated for players who average a golf round score of 91+.  A score of 85 from 91 is 6 shots difference and is deemed significantly lower than the flight's average and therefore is moved to Flight "A" for the 2nd day of the tournament.  We understand that golf is a game where there are good days and bad days, however, our organization believes that your score should not deviate more than 3 shots below from the posted flight score.  If your score is more than 3 shots of the Flight registration after the 1st day, you will be moved to the lower flight.  Our tournament directors have the final ruling on this tournament rule.

how come we do not have a tournament for the young children, like "marble shooting" or "rubber-band and flip-flop" contest?

I'd definitely would love to see our children play instead old men/women play their political games.
