no... the soul exist as much as tomorrow... tomorrow may or may not come, but if it does... it is no longer tomorrow, but today...

everything does not exist until it exist...

Near death experience is also reported in pilots who passed out in spinning test. 
Passing out and unconcious is different from being considered "clinically dead"...no brain activity.  When you passed out/unconcious, you're brain is still functioning with delta waves.
