What is your first impression of a guy with mtt accent

I might just go for non hmong.  They might mistaken for some smart chinese man.  And so they might see my accent as a quality instead of a disability.

I could care less about an accent. I'll assess the guy depending on how he carries himself by himself and around others.

0 to 10.. 10 being sexy like french accent.
