Hmong is a handicapped language.  It's hard to express anything complex.

my conclusion to that statement is that you don't know enough hmong

IMO, if you're intelligently discussing complex ideas/subjects where there isn't an equivalent hmong word(s) for the english word and you have an mtt accent and if the girl can't get over the fact that you have an mtt accent, then she's not worth your time or effort.  My two red pennies.

I might just go for non hmong.  They might mistaken for some smart chinese man.  And so they might see my accent as a quality instead of a disability.
