Dems motto is "Give a man a fish and you got them hooked, they'll come back for more..." instead of " Teach a man to fish and they'll be free from support..."

well the problem here is that some people dont find fishing an interesting hobby. maybe they like bike riding instead. now bike riding is a fun sport and good for your health too.
