The arms and feet makes it too easy.

It's easier to focus on her arms or legs but it can be done looking at her head as well.

I looked at it again.  Seriously, I think that image is set to spin in both directions.  If you look at it long enough you will see it change.  My 4-year-old daughter an attest to it spinning both ways.
