USA allows massive freeom.  China allows  freedom with limitation.

USA is ahead in medical technology.  China has healthier people.

USA doesn't punish the rich no more unless you have a silver bullet.  China will punish the powerful (see SFDA Chief being executed)

USA has 2 million in Jail.  China has about 1 million with 6x the population.

USA bombs people and steal their $$.  China tries to do it in a win-win situation.

USA has good wealth distribution.  China is atrocious for wealth distribution (special economic zones are wealthy and others are not).


Who's geopolitical, dosmestic and international policies will be best in the 21st century and ensuring the best possible solution for its society?

I would not survive in China.  I am too opinionated.  I would never denounced my affiliations with Jesus.

Politically, I think USA would be better for the world as a whole.  China would only be good for those who are "In" with them.

That's the mistake of many Christians, the affiliation lies in your intent, not in the words you speak to people. That does not mean fear. It is much like talking to children: you don't argue with them to win, you tell them a story to appease them knowing the truth.

I think you need to review some facts.

But to answer the intended question, while the US is not perfect, it is still better than china as of right now.
So as of now, the US should lead. Not for long though as we all know.

Some of it may be slightly off.  You are welcome to correct and cite your sources and I encourage it.  Let's debate this...let's project the extrapolate from the data and see if we can project something and debate about it.

I was in China and they are very protective. They like to say we haha about human rights but we have .7% of our population locked up and it's mostly minority.  They say we say they have corruption but why is all the politicians always making tons of money after they get out of the political office.  These are very valid criticism.  Basically, China is saying BACK OFF, you aint no better and I am starting to agree with them.  Why do we feel we have the right to tell them how to run their business?  This will be a battle of idealogy...we know that a capitalistic economy works best but the government must curve this so that the economy serves everyone....is it democracy or communism?  Can more freedom be applied in China and still maintain their country's insane growth in prosperity and wealth?  The US may be ahead right now in terms of technology and financials and etc... but who's to say 50-100 years from now?  It only took WWII to make us #1 because we had the manufacturing capability when Germany in shambles had the engineering and scientific capability and UK and France controlled finances...

Forgot who said it but it could be someone on PH, if there was a war, China is ready to convert their entire infrastructure to war and we are not...This could be an excellent point in a war of attrition.  Do we have sufficient natural resources, labor and factory to win a war?  We have superior technology to win a quick war but what about a long war like 4-5 or more?

I love my country and I currently believe the US is better than China.  I'm not sure if I'll hold the same true in the next 10-20 years because we seem to have no true leaders.  All the leaders are self absorbed, greedy bastards...why didn't these mofos go work in corporate and why did they choose to serve he public then when they want $$$$?

The US just isn't what it once was anymore. Ever since W and his family rigged the elections, it's never been the same. If they actually had a recount, Gore would had been president. To all the nay sayers, oh really, then why didn't they have a recount to prove that it would had been W? Anyway, it's like that Jet Li movie "The One". Someone ducked up our universe. In some other multiverse, the world is doing well and no one talks shit about each other. They all work together.

I agree with you on Gore and Bush.  If they recounted, Gore would have won.

Most US politicans start out with good intentions but when a couple millions is shoved under their table, there's a conflict of interest. Both sides are corrupted. China's economy is fueled by their black market. If you go to their flea markets, you'll see most of their items are knock-offs. Everything from software, clothing brands, to gadgets... Their smuggling business is very big as well. In fact it's cheaper and faster to bribe their military to ship connexes because they by-pass customs. Which is better? Ahh... I better keep my mouth shut on this.. LOL

China is taking lead in many things.

Strengths:
They have the fastest super computer, the fastest railway, their citizens are willing to work harder, they take serious a$$ chewing (IE: chinese criticism--getting called out in front of peers for mistakes on the job so it won't happen again). Americans have to beat around the bush or sugar coat everything or else HR will be knocking at our doors. China is boomtown of the world. Like Wal-Mart, every country shops in China 'cause it's cheaper.

Weaknesses:
Afraid to look incompetent. I've asked for directions from many locals and guess what? Two out of three gave me wrong answers because they were afraid to not know the answer. If you asked me something I didn't know, I'll tell you straight up "I don't know" or "I don't know but I know where to get the answer."
