Depends if if she is madly in love with him or just crushing him. Also it depends if they even have a relationship or not. If they don't it's all fair game but you would need to let your sister know about your feelings and see what she has to say.

1.  There is night and there is day, which am or pm do you want to take?

2.  The moment they like what you like, "they" tend to look uglier.  Both sisters having the same taste in men is a big turn off.
