Conquering a people
« on: December 20, 2011, 10:05:10 AM »
"I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief. Such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and, therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self-esteem, their native self-culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation" - Lord Macaulay's speech in the British Parliament on 2nd February 1835.

Yo, it's the religion. They don't believe that helping each other is good because of Karma. Moreover, if you help them, it is insulting because here's a reason why: I need to pay my debt to the afterlife so that I could stop the reincarnation of me (Trying to get out of existence).

This is what I study in apologetics and they believe that desire is bad. Well, they are desiring of not to desire, which is a contradiction. That is why in the bible, God said this: Get out of temptation. Desire vs. Temptation has a huge difference. It's like saying murder vs. killing and this is rhetorical to know that killing and murder has a huge difference.

To break China and unite China, Mao had to break all cultural and religious identity.  Such a sacrifice to unite all Chinese under the same banner.  It is why their flag is red with gold.  So much blood shed.

Anyway, the bolded red speaks the truth about Hmong-Christians.

Please do not kid yourself there brother.  Hmong people have been conquered for thousands a year because we betrayed our King...so please do not blame Hmong-Christians.  It was HMONG in general that did this and not Hmong-Christian.  It was Hmong in general and not Hmong-Christians that did not support GVP and went to Viet Congs to kill their own brothers such as the Lo and some Moua.  READ YOUR HISTORY BOOK and please stop the GENERALIZATION you look STUPID  as FAWK.  Hmong-Christians supported GVP so shut your trap...we are still RAW so please don't think that we wouldn't back a deserving leader.  In fact, Hmong Christians has the world largest Hmong organization (excluding China of course) to support Hmong communities... yes membership require.

I heard that the clan is created by the Chinese so they could turn clans against one another.  This way Hmong will fight themselves and the Chinese could just wait.   I watched a documentary on tribal society in Africa.  It's interesting to see politicians who would use tribal politics to come to power but that often lead one tribe to slaughter another tribe.  But I would agree that religion brought by foreigners serve similar purpose.  To further weaken a people by creating division.  One way to bring everyone together like how Mandela did was to say there is no tribe.  I don't know how to deal with the religion part.  No tribe, and one religion?  Hindu is a religion of many religion.  But Christianity and Muslim can't be lump with any other religion.  So, it is impossible to lump Christianity and Hmong religion under one name like Hindu lumps all Indian religions other than Islam.

Sui Dynasty.  Read it.  It is why there are many Yangs and Wangs.

If what I said wasn't true, you wouldn't be so upset. People are only offended when it's true, when it's not, we just laugh.

I care for my people so I educate the ignorant masses around me.  Don't miscontrue what I say for being upset ;)  I'm perfectly fine knowing that a Hmong kill backstab a Hmong.  It is who we are...why we have no country.  The sooner the ignorant masses accept this flaw, the sooner we can move forward.  Such is life you know.
