My friend is stationed in Germany.

Yes, they are still there. There's an old lady there who comes on a Hmong conference radio almost everyday in the afternoon. She's from there. She says there are so few of them, they all feel like one family and she has no guys to date, even those with different last names from hers.

What city does she live in??  There's many military bases in Germany and I know there is a few hmongs station there!

I was been there last year for a trade show and did visit them.  Those 12 or 14 families there live in a city call Gammatengen and it is about 1 hour drive from Sturgart or from France border.  They have good lives there and they are happy.

Interesting, Yajsiabzoo. Now that the Euro is more powerful than the dollar, they are probably happier still.

I thought Germany is more advance than the US.

I read that the US is actually behind in internet access.  Korea is number 1. I'm not sure where the US is ranked. Maybe 3rd place?
