In a nutshell... we'll never see Type I civilization. Since there's no evidence out there that exist for Type I, II, III... we're all doom before getting to Type I.  :2funny: :2funny:

I swear he just talked about Star Trek - BORG and related it to something people like to listen to.  He's a fantastic psuedo science speaker/author.  ;)  I call it psuedo science speaker/author because guys before him were not scientist, they were writers.  I suppose Ada Lovelace could be said to be a scientist who wrote like Kaku but her writings were not taken seriously.

it's just his vision, i'm sure everyone has their own too
