Is it safe to assume?
« on: December 31, 2011, 05:00:46 AM »
Is it safe to assume that someone never loved u after being with u for 2yrs and the minute he says goodbye he's already hooking up with other girls and talking to other girls? I was just wondering cause I still love and miss him so much I can't even imagine being with anyone new..Is this how guys are? It's my first real relationship I can't even imagine moving on and he tells me he's talking to others already...

I understand that at this moment you are finding it hard to move on as the experience is still raw for you. Take a moment to mourn the loss of this relationship and do your best to forge ahead by yourself. Trust me it will take time but I know you will get through this.

My first serious bf after our break up, i had similar thoughts like you. it took me a year to move on, so if I can do it so can you.

Good luck!

Sing like no one is listening, dance like no one is watching, work like you do not need the money, love like you have never been hurt and live like there is no tomorrow.

Move on.  He was just holding on to you until he found a replacement.

You answered your own question. You deserve someone to love you but more importantly you should ask yourself why you were willing to put up with someone you claim never loved you in the first place!

If the minute you guys broke up he was already onto other girls then most likely he wasnt serious with u afterall. Those kinda people can jump around to as many girls/guys they want to without a care. U may feel as if u cant move on right now but you will. Just dont keep talking to him cus you'll only lead urself on...forget that jerk!

Thanks for all the encouragement. ..It's hard to move on when he keeps calling saying he still wants to be friends I honestly don't want to be his friend and told him so...But like most men he doesn't listen well at all..

I agree with everyone, I know it hurts but all pains ceased in the end. You may not ever forget but you will be able to move on. You will find love again. It's part of life. Good luck.

Inner peace and true happiness is through meditating

When you are alone, be careful of your thoughts

When you are with friends, be careful of your speech.

The best way to move on is to cut off ALL connections that you have with him, including his phone number and face book page, etc.  Do not pick up his calls or text him back, I know it's super hard but it's the only way to do it!  Surround yourself with family and friends.

Sounds like he think he can still get free sex.

If he never loved you but get into relationship with you then all  he did was using you probably for sex.  Why would a victim fall in love with the one who robes her?  Beats me.

girls need to be smarter when it comes to dating and love.

when you are dating... do not give all your love to any man... not even sex... save all your sex and love for the man after you marry him.  then and only then... you'll know he is serious about you.  all others will only use you if you let them.  value yourself and your body and your emotional state.  don't give yourself away too easily to men.
