e trafficking in the Chippewa Valley, will not spend any time in jail.
Tuesday in Eau Claire, Chong Moua pleaded no contest to possessing meth. He was put on probation for a year, and was fined $268.
It was in September that police raided six area homes, seizing drugs and guns. Police believe two of the suspects, Travis Kummer and Jason Draves, were responsible for as much as 13-pounds of meth being trafficked in the Chippewa Valley.
