Make sure that the problems that broke you up no longer exist... for example, one or both of your circumstances have changed.  If that's not the case, then don't bother... the same problems would rear itself up and you will just be wasting your time and energy.

Never say never, some even say the second time around saved the marriage. But of course, it does not work that way with everyone. There are a lot of second chances relationships out there that works.
