You are right. They don't mention ethnicity. I have read the article twice and still can't find even a last name or something to determine what ethnicity is involved here. By Monday afternoon, if we have no other info, this post will be moved or deleted.

Lots of killings there, huh?  I like how the newspaper's website directs its reader though. This way:

The paper didn't mention it but the kid that got killed was Pheng Lee of Sheboygan.  A 21 years old attending the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
