The post stays here.

The paper didn't mention it but the kid that got killed was Pheng Lee of Sheboygan.  A 21 years old attending the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

I guess he must know the shooter and is linked to the shooter

so, you dont need a CCW permit to carry a pocket knife?

Here in Minnesota carrying a blade is legal whether in the open or concealed. Just keep it under 4" and you'll be fine. Most "tactical" folding knives are 3" standard anyway. It becomes a "deadly weapon" when you intend to use it as such. Double edged blades (daggers) and switchblades (automatic button openers) are classified as deadly weapons and are illegal to carry.

Knife laws are messy. Just know the laws of where you plan to go.
