In my opinion Hmong buffet always tend to fail is because Hmong people are to greedy, refering to the restaurant owners. They don't even want to cook quailty food but instead whatever saves money and is the cheapest. example the eggrolls aren't even hmong eggrolls they are slimmy over due cabbage rolls. even the chinese restaurant can do better than that. plus they don't even cook hmong food they try to cook chinese the worst part is that they dont even invest the time and effort to interacte with the community to drive in a diverse group of people.
