I am totally lost. Even though I was born in Laos...I was raised here in the USA since I was 6 years old. I've never heard those words before but from what I understand is that:

If you want others to talk sweet to you, you have to learn and that sweet words yeej deev deev lub siab. puas yog?

yes, it is.. I wished my mom would have forced me to learning it when I was going to church. That's how all my sisters learned it from. I could read but can't really write. :P
