She really does need to speak out to the Hmong community about up and forward.

That's good news.  She represents all Asians in the US and not just Hmong in this new organizations.

I love Affirmative Action.  Without it, our people will NEVER get hired for top positions.  The only negative about it is, it hired less qualified people for the top job.  I guess people would say "it's ok as long as it's our own kind that got hired" but  just imagine you are the most qualified applicant and can do the job better than anyone, but was cheated because of the color of your skin.  Do you still jump up and down now???

Not really. AA doesn't work that way. AA was created to prevent Whites from hiring just Whites when colored people are equally qualified.  And to be hired, you must be just as good but different color. If you are less good and colored and yet you are hired, the White applicants can sue the employer for reverse discrimination .

AA is still a necessary evil...for now.  Until the Earth is so mixed that we all look alike. ;D

When asked to eliminate it, Mrs. Clinton's husband said he would not, since there's still racism--despite America's diversity.

You think such thing can be enacted in China or Japan or some other countries?
