The better question to ask is why do we need this leader? What exactly is the role and purpose of this leader?

We shouldn't ask to have one just because we see that other people have one. Our mentality and the way our culture functions may not be conducive to having this type of leader that you are trying to raise. It will backfire, if anything else. This is why in 2012, our Hmong people are taking steps backward and not forward.
