Anyhoo, how can we buy a Hmong song that is old and apparently the original music artist does not have anymore copies?

That's the thing why Megaupload is LEGAL. The key to the megaupload case is that they did NOTHING about it and even enjoyed bragging about it and thus their INTENT got them...In the court of law, all that is necessary to prove you did it are two thing: motives (make $$), and intent (you desired to)...  You don't have to prove that the weapon is in a person's hand.

Someone on PH was asking if thinking of a sin a sin right?  In the above post, I described how the court of law when you have motive and intent, you can be found for breaking the law.  ;)  So, even outside the realm of religion, just thinking about doing something openly and sharing it, you may find yourself in trouble: motive and intent...you don't need the smoking gun.
