Clovis Unified teacher recorded CHILD ABUSE with cell phone

Ok, just read the darn thing.  Very sick and graphics...but let's bring more questions.  I strongly still believe he is most likely framed.  Why?

1. I've worked in IT security for some time and I know that all public institution bans websites with any form of sexuality, including playboy.com and many other free porn sites.  Usually the tools employed are pretty good as it is a 3rd party implementation the school may have used.   This means that what the special agent alleges that Neng Yang used school owned computer to access beastivities sexual images/sites is hard to believe.   If the school do not have a form of website filtration then time for the PARENTS to SUE the damn school big time.  Period.  I doubt that is the case.   What really happened I think was that someone enacted the whole setup and slipped into NENG YANG's computer.

2.  Neng Yang denied all accusation on his plead.   He also indicated that he left his cell iphone at home at the time of the incident.   This gives some indication he has disputes about his phone.  I speculated that someone brought in an identical phone to the school.  For some reason, they never mentioned his carrier and if the cell towers was indicating if the phone was at home or his school.  CONTRADICTION if you asked me.



Still......I don't give a fawk....he still fawk up.....he fawk up big time.....big time.... .... ... ....

3.  Thirdly, the chance of someone who's been in the field for this long and who has a good earning both for from his wife and himself...it is easy see he's all the good life.  He could have gone to prostitute in Vegas for his desires or Laos, Thailand easily.  Why a 9 year old?  It is too obvious he will be in trouble for  that.   I supposed if one's toooooo comfy it gets complicit.  It makes no sense.

You're saying that someone went as far as committing child molestation in Yang's classroom, with this very victim to frame Yang 'cause the photos found in his iphone has a date stamp of the same date of the last incident? Someone went as far as hacking his school issued computer and implanting history of "teen titled" pornography, inputting pornographic and bestiality photos in plain sight,  that Yang himself didn't report such an intrusion, let alone question it?

Come on, a phone company carrier that carries the iphone, that's such a mystery!!! And I doubt Yang wants to bring up the confirmation of the cellphone towers, it will confirm the evidence.

Whether the school has a ban on any inappropriate sites or not, Yang may have very much transferred those photos to his school issued computer. But yes, the proof of a history of visiting pornographic sites confirms that the school don't have a ban on such sites.

I agree with you that they do have the right to link the wife with him, because of the same school district, but I'm not too sure if she knew that he was like this. No one really knows someone even if it's their spouse. I'm sure that if she did, she wouldn't risk her career and reputation.

Many Hmong men are child molesters and their wives knew about it.  Hmong women have two choices; to stay and ignore the issue  or divorce him.   The problem is, the women chose their husbands.   Many Hmong men went to Laos and bought little girls to sleep with proofs that they are child molesters.  They maybe able to do that to children in Laos, but they cannot do the same to American children.   Please don't deny that Hmong men did not do such thing because they did.  Each of us know someone who went back to Laos just for that purpose.  We all have children.  If it is not right for some old man to rape your little girl then how could it be alright for an old man to rape a poor helpless little girl in Laos?  I think it is about time that Hmong in America have to acknowledge the child prostitution in Laos and do something to prevent it from destroying our future both here and in Laos.

why is neng's wife have the same last name as him? Is the wife really hmong yang or just change her last name to be yang...if she is a hmong yang as him then it is so gross....both of them....

Isn't his wife a principal too?  Wow.. When he goes to jail, she's gonna have to pay the 250K fine too.  Ouch.

doubt it...if she did she would just file BK.....
