What's a good program that can send out 1 MIL email address per day without going through ISP? All the addy are opt-in or double opt-in, so it will not go to spam, nor is a spam.  The best I found is 10K per hour.

my current employer use constant contact.  Beats writing your own emailing system, I wrote one once in LAMP for another employer and did not want to rewrite another one in .NET.  You can look into Constant Contact and see if it fits your project.

I read that MailChimp can send out 4mil and read a review comparing MailChimp and Constant Contact with MailChimp being better.

I'm trying to create a mailing too (playing with MailChimp for the time being).  Not for 1 mil or anything crazy like that (maybe some day?)...but just for my small start-up newsletter that I really should do but I'm just timid about it.
