Dell Secure Works

Does anyone use or know of someone who uses Dell Secure Works for IDS/IPS service as well as their fully managed and active monitoring firewall service?  I had a conference call with one of the sales rep today and their services seem very promising at what they do and just like to hear the goods and the bad if any from clients who already have service(s) with them. Any feedback is appreciated.

Also would like feedback on Perimeter, perimeterusa.c om IDS/IPS service as well if anyone use them or know of someone who uses them.
