Pretty soon all of Kawi's lineup will look the same!   :D  O0

The 300 would make an awesome commuter and gas saver.  I've also heard of a 400cc in the works?   ???

I think it's targeted towards new riders as usual and those that don't want to spend a lot of money (both initial and ownership cost). In addition, for those that buy it specifically for commuting due to it's great MPG ratings.

It's about time for fuel injection and a half liter with a bit more oomph.

Not always, but I can see that.

But a nice mid size bike before a 600 would be good for riders who don't want to sell their 250's when they graduate up to faster speeds.

I doubt it because unless it actually had a lower seat height it really wouldn't matter how many CC's it had...Cheap is whatim thinking.. and just enough CC's to get on the freeway. The cheapest American bike is 9k plus.

Kawi has a mid size, it's call 650R.  250R-->650R-->New Ninja 1000 (next upgrade)

probably not just cheaper, but this 300cc is small and lighter... maybe women can control much better than the heavier 600, 750, 900 or 1000 cc's.
