I have a couple more that I may post up.  I'm pretty private and not an avid writer. Inspiration has been a bit lacking lately.  No recent heartbreaks or heartaches. hehe.  But maybe, I can find someone to inspire me...

Yes, I know that just like everything else in life, we need that inspiration. It just doesn't come easy but when it does, our fingers just want to type forever. I hope that you will continue to share with me as I plan to share with you all.

Life often throw us a curve ball and it's up to us to either dodge it or take a aim for it. I think my life could have been better if not for all my careless mistakes and decisions. What seems to be right at the time is not so right after a couple of years. Do I have regrets? Yes and No. I tried to live my life the way I see fit me and who I am but I know that they are not always the right way. I have no one to blame except for myself. I am accountable for all my decisions and actions.

Good morning.

I call this piece "Timeless".

Shadows, they play tricks on my mind.
They flaunt your image just out of the light.
How long has it been since the night has come?
The chill creeps in as the light is undone.

The cruel wind, ever teasing me.
It whispers your name unceasingly.
Reminding me, in its chilling embrace.
Of the warmth of your touch and the beauty of your face.

So, upon this lonely hill I wait.
Amidst the memories of another place.
Of a time when cares where free
In a world where you belonged to me.

The sun was your halo, it glimmered and shined.
Its soft golden light caressing your skin divine.
The day you left, my summer ceased to exist.
My world turned gray and faded into the mist.

Time passes like a thief in the night
But I still hold on, with all my might.
Awaiting the return of your forgiving kindness,
Until then, my love for you is forever timeless..

In a time where knights fought
Love came without a thought
And kingdoms was made
From blood that shed on blade (s)
 
The earth shook with stumping horses
And history took its courses
Stood a knight in his shining armor
He was such a charmer
 
He rode from where the sun doesn’t shine
In his armor he look so fine
His eyes were dark brown like the midnight sun
One look into his eyes and you can’t run
 
Mystical spells travelled throughout the land
Seeking for that one person’s hand
It seek only the best and the fairest of all
The one that will rise above all and not fall
 
She who bear his soul from ten thousand lifetime
Will decide his only one crime
To love for all eternity or to have a fable love
For never again will he be sent from above
 
In her castle she sat with empty hopes
Just waiting for her knight to elope
Through the land, the night fall
And all hopes grew lost without a call
 
Morning sunrise sparkle in her eyes
She saw her knight riding toward the sunrise
Distance no more exist between her and him
From afar she can see his beautiful grin
 
At last ten thousand years, two hearts reunited
Under the heaven, no more fight
One love, one soul, one heart
No more will they ever part

Lol, I'll give it a try.  My writing process is long and arduous. I'm not a natural like yourself.  There are a lot of cobwebs in my attic.
