Hope one of the GOAT and former Raider, Lott can step in to resolve the stadium issue in Oak-Town as I hate to see my Raiders leave (AGAIN!!!):


SIGNS OF PROGRESS IN EFFORT TO KEEP RAIDERS IN OAKLAND

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Sources tell ABC7 News that the Oakland City Council and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors will soon consider an offer on a land deal for the Coliseum property by a group headed by NFL hall of Famer Ronnie Lott.

Lott spoke exclusively with ABC7 News on his group's effort last month. Sources say a vote could come as early as Tuesday. The city council did not take up the issue in closed session Monday.

If a deal on the land can be reached, it could pave the way for Lott's Group to negotiate a stadium deal with the Raiders.

All this comes as the Raiders consider an offer to move to Las Vegas.

My boys are on top of the AFC West mountain all by themselves at 8-2...Just a couple of more W's and they should be able to secure a playoff spot in over a decade. If they happen to win the division or even home field through out during the regular season, that's just icing on the cake... O0

They beat us at our home 26-10 in week 6. So we will beat them at their home when it matter most. Win this week and Miami loss we will clinch the playoff berth.

I don't believe it's gonna happen, it's a little too late. It's a bigger market in Vegas for the Raiders.

The Chargers had filed for relocation to LA and soon the two cities will be without NFL teams.
