It's no secret that we have been under performing offensively this year. Lackluster offense, it was expected when Del Rio changed from Musgrave to Downing in the mid of the season on the offensive coordinator. Downing's scheme was too simple. I must have seen less than five deep throw, it was always a handoff and check down for Carr. Carr is to blame as well. He looks nothing like 2016 franchise QB. He's been regressing since his big payday. Del Rio then went ahead and fired the Defensive Coordinator. With these decisions and not making the playoff, I will not be surprise if he will not return as the Raiders' coach for 2018.

Very disappointing year and we were expecting to make the super bowl when the season started. Some changes needs to be made if we are expecting to win the West and going deep into the playoffs.

Yeah I was afraid of that. Mark Davis must have gotten words from Jon Gruden about returning to coaching. Rich Gannon is rumored to be the QB coach and John Morton from the Jets is rumored to be the next OC.

All other coaches on Raiders have been informed to seek employment elsewhere, they will all be fired when the new coach arrived.

Per ESPN, The Raiders are preparing a 10-year contract that is expected to eclipse $100 million for Jon Gruden.

OC Greg Olson. Carr’s first OC. Gruden will call plays though.
DC Paul Guenther. Bengals DC since 2014
ST Rich Bisaccia. Assistant HC and ST coordinator since 2013.
