I never a fan of the qb sneak.  I'll risk it if there were plenty of time left on the clock but not on the last play, do or die type.  Think an option run play would be better.  If QB sees a lane, he can take it or dumps it off to the rb who can take a blow and are more known to get 1 year for his position would be best. 

Coach gonna get scrutinize but it is the buffalo team and after the bye of this week, they will be more healthier, well rested and they will eat the next team alive.  My money is usually on the next game after an upset lost for revenge or chip on the shoulder situations.    O0
