dianah's almost daily kitchen...

everything here is cooked by myself...i know i'm a FOB too... O0 O0 O0

the color/shadings may be off a bit due to my not so good phone camera...enjoy!!!

here's some from the past weeks...

pork and bamboo...


my favorite chicken fajita and pico de gallo sauce...just add tortilla's, shredded mild cheddar, and sour cream...





papaya salad...


extra meaty lasagna...


my daily diet drink...usuall y consists of 60% veggies and 40% fruit...looks gross, but it tastes excellent!!!...



portabella mushrooms baked with cream cheese and jalepeno peppers...


bbq roast pork ribs...


homemade beef stew with chunky veggies...

roasted chicken with homemade cheesy mash potatoes and chives...



my veggie/fruit shake of the day...


pork with skin, straw mushrooms, and banana blossoms...



pork and celery...


roasted pork...


brats...

I've been so busy with renovating my house these past 3 months. 
How about sometime in late November to early December?
