Jen, if I was going to lie to you, why would I do it in a forum that's full of Hmong people who now have my address and my phone number?  I wouldn't dare.

Okay I believe you. All I have to do is test it out and I will know if you are lying or not right :)

Lol yes, actually.  I was born in Thailand and naturalized about 12 years ago.  It's my single claim to being cultured.

Alright that works. And thanks for LYING to me. That was only a fax number that apparently everyone uses over there. Or at least it was all over Google.

Today and tomorrow's lunch:
Pan seared salmon with olive oil, thyme, sea salt, and garlic.
One easy over egg.
Carrots and brussel sprouts baked with honey and crushed pepper
Whole wheat bread made with olive oil, rosemary, and a little salt

Total prep time was about an hour.  Three hours if you count the bread making process, half an hour to mix and knead, two hours to rise, and another half an hour to bake.

Be one of the cool kids and go out for lunch to get fat and say it was because of the freshmen 15 even though you're already in your senior year.
