That's just water weight.  Of course, make sure you get some exercise in during the day.  Otherwise that protein becomes fat.
It really works.

You're like a stick.  You probably already have really good metabolism to begin with.

over-stuffed banana pepper
I saw this thing called "kasha" at the store and it looked really good so I wanted to try it.  It has a grainy consistency that reminded me of rice and quinoa.  I made it with chicken broth, chicken, onions, parsley, and chili peppers.

That looks good. So you would bake that after stuffing right. We do the same and sometimes we stuff bamboo shoots and bake them.

Yeap, I chop off the top and take out the core and then I stuff it before baking it for a good 25-30 minutes.

I used to stuff bell peppers all the time with minced up chicken or ground meat with extra lemongrass and vermicelli noodles then steam them. Lately I haven't steam anything much. I need to though.

Before I started to eat healthier I loved stuffing bell peppers with bacon, sausages, ground beef, and a special sauce that I'd make from hot peppers, soy sauce, and melted sugar.   ;D

A paleolithic pasta made from zucchini, cucumber, and carrot.  Topped off with a not so paleolithic sauce made from peanut butter, water, ponzu sauce, and thai chili peppers.  On the side are some plainly baked tofu.

Has anyone else tried a carb cycling plan before?  I'm going to be trying out a carb cycling plan where I alternate twice between two days of low carb and a high carb day and then finishing off with a reward meal on the seventh day.

This week's (attempted) lunch plan:
Monday - an actual salad from Byerly's with greens and a light vinaigrette dressing
Tuesday - homemade kale salad with a vinaigrette dressing
Wednesday - carb load, turkey breast sandwich
Thursday - grilled chicken, baked brussel sprouts with honey and dried pepper
Friday - same as Thursday
Saturday - carb load
Sunday - 98lbs buffet!

Eating clean
Home made ciabatta bread so clean it's cleanliness is next to Godliness
Squeaky clean bacon
freshly cut tomatoes
chopped kale so fresh OutKast made a song about it
olive oil + light mayo + sriracha sauce
sliced smoked turkey breast so ducking clean you could snort cocaine off of it
I call it the virgin because it's so fresh and so clean it'll make you feel like an invulnerable general.

more squeaky clean bacon on the side
