Okay, time to try this again.

Well this past week I've been doing sit ups.  First two days I only did ten sit ups before I got tired winded.  The next following few days I got up to twenty sit ups.  The last two days I managed to get thirty sit ups.  Just today I did forty sit-ups nonstop.

Anyway I never really choose to be sedentary, it was forced upon me.  Of course I could have pushed through the pain with painkillers but at what cost of damages?  Just a shadow of my former self but if I can even get half of my prime, it would be a feat of accomplishment .
