The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

Maybe put one of your picture from long time ago on a mirror so you can look at it and get the motivation that you need.
I didn't bother taking pictures at all...about only a few from some friends while in high school.  I one from the Asian prom night around 20 yrs old.  So I body build after that till pretty much age 25.  Never thought I would end up with amnesia and get deployed overseas just to become I'll and decrepit afterwards.  Couldn't even had the strength to open a door.  Never really weight lift nor touch a weight afterwards.  Really I should've become a marshmallow puff.

All right half an hour of work out...

60's

Sit-ups
Push ups
Arm curls
Military press

Its a tad weak...it really was just a good warm up...reminds me of the old days if body building.  Take an hour warm up. Take an hour actually workout.  Take an hour cool down and poses.

I managed to do 75 sit-ups continuous.  Not at 100 yet.  My abs muscles are very tiny right now.  I also managed to do 30 continuous push-ups.  Not the typical 50-60 continuous I used to do.

Anyway, my legs are shrinking in size.  They are at 19" girth.  That's pityful compared to their former 24" glorious thunders.  No I have not been doing any kinds of sqauts. I need to load up on that routine.

I really need to weigh myself.  I feel like I've lost weight just from a calorie deficit with work.

Day two, thirty arm curls and ten sissy push-ups.  10 lousy sit-ups and ten lousy squats.

 ;D

Nuff...

720 days later...and I did nothing.  >:D

I guess when you're old, body sculpting is way harder compared to when you're young in twenties.
