User name does not exist
« on: September 24, 2014, 10:38:41 AM »
I'm getting this error each time I try to log in after each login sessions "User name does not exist".  I have to then click on "forgot my password" and retrieve the link from my email to reset my password.

Help?

Whoa, do you have spaces in your username?  Didn't realize that was possible.  Most sites recommend not doing this because it doesn't register very well and can be changed during the data flow.  When you login try using underscores, %20, or the + symbol and see if that helps.

Same error "That username does not exist."  I then had to click on "forgot my password" and re-authenticate again.

Ok.  Thanks minorcharacter .  It was the space.  Fixed.   :idiot2:
