Movie: Memory Weaver

Has anyone else heard of this movie?

The movie is set in a dystopian future where the elites have fully subjected the rest of the human population into becoming batteries to power their utopia.  In this era machines are able to decode human memory and dream sequences.  Lower class humans are raised and worked until they're paired up with a mate and after reproducing they become useless.  Sooo basically what already happens in real life.  When their time comes, the lower class is put into a memory machine where they become induced into a coma like state.  For many people they go into an eternal dream where our memory and thoughts create a majority of the world around us however the machine fills in the missing items such as creating an artificially intelligent world full of complex people, objects, and events.  The longer we're in there the more we forget about the real world and soon the past becomes a huge blur.
