Did Jesus born on Dec 25?

We all heard the reasons why Jesus can't be born on Dec 25. But I think there's good historical reason to think Jesus was born on Dec 25th. It certainly isn't chosen to replace some non-existent rival pagan holiday. There's no pre-Christian document from Mithraism or any other pagan dieties that says they was born on Dec 25th either. There's no historical data to support that claim. Also, Saturnalia began on the 17th. It never went until the 25th.  Anyone that claim otherwise must show the evidence.

If Jesus wasn't born on Dec 25 , then why do we have Xmas on Dec 25? Why do Christians accepted this date? It's pagan in origin. lol.

It does matter if you look at it very closely.

It has to do with the stories being told in the bible.  The 3 wise king followed the northern star to baby jesus.  Add the science of astrology and we can see when is a good time to find this star as it sits the brightest in our constellation. 

So around this time, go out n pick the brightest object in the sky.  This is how they uses science to find the birthplace of jesus as such star sits 90 degrees up and on top of their head. 

I see the brightest dot in the sky but how come it is not blinking?  It is because it is not a star.  You see, a star would twinkle as that song goes twinkle twinkle little star.  What i have been seeing all along is non other than planet Jupiter.  So if it does not twinkle, it could be a planet.

I would say September 11 3 BCE. You can do your own research as to this date.

Why do you think Jesus is more likely to be born in Sept?

It actually doesn't get down to freezing there. Back in those days when the shepherds were outside, they were out all year long,  particularly in antiquity. Sure, it's cold, and typically warmer in the day and down in 50s at night, but shepherds are still out.

And the December date is extrapolated with the data  from Luke and the time in which Zechariah was in the Temple.

I can't prove it, but this is the other view for arguing a Dec date.

Jesus is Jesus; also, it's a human name. The truth is, Jesus's real name is, "No name."

How we got the name Jesus is an interesting subject.

Anyway, there are mix views regarding  Dec 25. Look up Annunciation and what the Catholics believe.

There is that connection between the time of the Annunciation and the birth of Christ.

So no, the claim that the Church used Dec 25 to replace the pagan is not the only view.
