this is our company's in-house storage program, AkitaBox. it stores important documents such as facility assets, inventories, manuals, instructions, floor plans, records or any electronic files you want to associate with your project/building. each asset/inventory can be tagged with a QR code and scan with a tablet to access infomation directly from AkitaBox.

if you, your employer or someone you know would benefit and want to save time and $$ on your next project, please visit AkitaBox.com or let me know.

not too familiar with iron mountain, but it is a data storage for facility, blue-prints, owners manuals and records with locations of all assets/equipment located inside the facility. it tracks liocation, warranties, malnufacturer, supplier, etc., and can be access by scanning the QR code tag on the asset.

let's say you own a building, installed hvac system, electrical electrical, pipes and i.t systems and you want to be able to track each asset's life cycle so when an asset malfunction, you know exactly where and what to repair/replace without having to call a contractor and spend time and money to determine that you need to replace asset A. info stays up-to-date, and shared with facility staffs for easy access and preventive maintenance thru the life cycle of your building.

it's not just for buildings and assets . AkitaBox could be use for tracking anything, everything.
