He won the Triple Crown.  37 years since the last one.  Impressive even though horse racing isn't really a top sport anymore.

I am by no means an expert, but I do enjoy a good horse race.  I still enjoy the Sunday Silence vs. Easy Goer rivalry.  This got me to take some horse riding lessons.  Those lessons came in handy in the Philippines where I had to ride one up a volcano.

Horses have been modernized. Their powers have been put into metal forms: in cars.

Anyway, I love watching horses race, too. It's incredible how such animals know they had to run hard against others. I have Hildalgo in my video room. That horse knows it's gotta run when there's a race set up.

In a horse riding class, we had to ride a horse through an obstacle course.  It sounds difficult, but not really.  The horse already knew what it needed to do.  All we had to do was sit there, not fall off, and not tell the horse to do something different.

Horses are really smart.  Too bad it is a lost art.  Those Mongolians are bada$$es at it though.
