For a late lunch I had zaub qaub with a fresh Carolina Reaper pepper pod. It was really spicy! (For those who don't know, it holds the guinness record for hottest pepper in the world at 2,200,000 Scoville Heat Units .

My niece and I have been obsessed with bento YouTube videos so today we made one for her.

Hahaha I promise I really did eat that pepper and I'm going to pay for it later. The sourness really helped to cut the heat though. The bento looks really good. Butterfly lov?

Today's lunch: all veggies and almost oil free in exception of thinly sliced squash which is sautéed in olive oil.
