And it's true..

If you don't play pickup games, you won't learn how to win..

Playing pick up games... will get you to be a better player.

If you don't want to sit, you had to get better, basically be the best.

If you wanted to get on a team, you had to be good.

If you sucked... well... you're probably not going to get to play.
