But what's really scary is anyone can do a Facebook post like this about anyone..  and if it's a lie..  then the person would be ruined.

That's the scary part, how easily it is to defame folks...

This can happen/occur on any social media site.  I don't necessarily believe everything I see or hear unless I know the people involved personally OR I do my own research if I want to know about the people/circumstances/issues.
