Oh dear. Looks like there's a little Rudolph in the making. Butttt... reminded me of the time when I returned from college and caught my little bro in the act playing with my makeup. I took a video of it and will use it if I ever have to.. *insert evil laugh*

I found an old folder of stock photos I used to use for my "burned paper" graphic designs..... haha. Wanted to put them to use one last time before I delete them.

That's amazing! Is it stainless steel? Silver? Or just mixed metals? It looks like magic to his madness.

It's a mix of metals, wires, beads, ribbons, and lights. In the exhibit they dim the lights so that the colored lights in the installation glow a bit brighter. There's so much to look at and explore; unfortunately you aren't allowed inside as it's roped off. I took a few pictures with my Pentax but wasn't able to capture much because of the low light. I posted the pics once but I'll post them again tonight.

Mr. Blagdon created this piece after suffering from a personal tragedy. He made it in the hope that it could cure people with its natural healing powers. After his death, it was put on auction. A friend of his bought it and had it installed at its current location. I think it will be there until mid 2018.

Wow! You captured the mood and ambiance even better. Did you feel any source of aura from or around it? (I've been listening to too many supernatural podcasts) Maybe if I'm there before it's taken down, we can visit.

Supernatural podcasts?? Where may I find them? I'm intrigued...

My first reaction was pure awe. I walked in and was like OMG. Just the sheer size and scale of it was amazing! There were so many different components of the installation but everything was made with patience and care. You could tell that the artist put his heart and soul into it. That sense of peace flowed into me as well. I wanted to spend more time looking at everything but my companion was getting impatient so we moved on.

Do you know what it reminded me of? That cabinet of curiosities that you pointed out to me at that one museum. I love intricate little details and things with nooks and crannies that you can peer into to see the artist's soul.

Here's my list: (some tales are recycled but I like the story telling)
Night Owl Podcast
Unexplained
Lore

And I also finished reading Sing, Unburied, Sing and was not expecting it to happen the way it did.. not especially after I just got done with (and was a bit unsettled by) Her Body And Other Parties  :(

I listened to the Unexplained podcast late last night... I had to choose one that wouldn't be so scary that I wouldn't be able to fall asleep so I chose the Dyatlov Pass. It still creeped me out. LOL. Afterwards I had to watch Zootopia to calm me down.  :D

Listen to Episode 5 from the night owl. I had it playing during a run and it totally freaked me out.
