Easy life makes life hard
« on: January 19, 2016, 09:41:51 PM »
It's a paradox but it is.

I think I got a very easy life but that makes me suffer.  I don't know what to do with all my free time.  And it's driving me crazy.

learn the term..."time is money"

if you find yourself with too much time, you're not making any money...start hustling!

but i make enough money to live a comfortable life.  that's the problem.

too comfortable.  that makes life boring.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm at the point in my life where almost everything is mediocre thus making life not challenging enough. So I think to myself that maybe I should seek out a challenge to make my day worth its while. But then I also think to myself how many challenges I overcame to get to this point in the first place, and the part of me that's old and tired goes, Nah.

yeah kind of like that.  i climbed the highest mountain and then ask what's next?

I then missed the old day when I had nothing but was way happier.  :)

Change is what you need. You're too comfortable. This isn't directed to you but to myself as I need a reminder sometimes.

Change careers. Get a new hobby. Move to another city, state, or country. Learn a new language. Stop doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.

Don't ever become complacent, out!

i'm thinking about it.  it's scary to make a big change such as changing career or moving out of state.  i have travelled the safe rout for too long.
