So just to update on my trainnie...its getting better

To say that fluids can't make a difference becuase they are just fluids...well would be wrong.

It's shifting a while lot nicer now..not quite on the teggies level yet but I'd say about 90 percent like the teggie.   Grinds have disappeared.   And it's been two weeks now.   I am pleasantly pleased.

I went through all 15k posts and those 2 quotes I found were the only ones so I guess that would make it "everytime".  Feel free to go through all 15k posts and verify by quoting them all.  You need to quote them all to verifying prove "everytime".   Please verify that Im wrong.
